MY NAME IS SARAH
.....and I am the owner of Amyot Events. Thank you for coming to our website and checking us out! A little about me--I grew up an Army brat and lived most of my life in Texas. Go Longhorns! I have lived in the DMV area for almost 9 years and have now settled in Annapolis with my husband, newborn baby boy, and two fur babies, Scooter and Taz. On my "free" time I love giving back to the community. I volunteer as the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer with the Junior League of Annapolis, serve on the Advisory Board for the United Way's Anne Arundel Region United Network, and participate with the Impact100 Greater Chesapeake. Having a professional background in project management, I started Amyot Events because I love having a creative outlet to be Type A--planning, organizing, and making people's ideas come to life. Weddings and special events are all about YOU! Amyot Events is here to support you so that you can relax and soak up the memories on your special day.

We offer a variety of services, including full service planning, petite service planning, day-of coordination, micro weddings, and à la carte support. After scheduling a meet and greet with us, we will be able to determine together, which package or combination of services best fits your wants and needs.

Full Service
This package is designed for couples who want a completely personalized wedding, with full support from start to finish. It includes developing your wedding day vision, creating your timeline, designing, budgeting, vendor selection, and everything else. Services mentioned in the Day-Of Coordination package are also included. Full service planning typically starts 12 months before the wedding date.
Petite Service
This package is designed for couples who have their wedding day envisioned, but may need extra support with choosing their last vendors or to simply take a break. This includes design and vision consultation, assisting in timeline creation, budget review, and services mentioned in Day-Of Coordination package. Partial service planning typically starts 4-6 months before the wedding date.
Day-Of Coordination
This package is designed for couples who have their wedding day planned, but needs support in executing their vision. This includes tying up any loose ends with vendors; planning any last-minute details; and day-of management of your plans, vendors, and timeline. Day-of coordination typically starts 1-2 months before the wedding date.
Micro Weddings
This package is designed for couples who desire a small wedding or have been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. These services aim to assist in the planning, design, and coordination of a personalized, intimate wedding ceremony and reception compliant with all local and federal guidelines.
À La Carte Services
These are additional services that we provide, including but not limited to: planning your rehearsal and welcome dinner, morning-after brunch, bridal shower, bachelorette party, and bachelor party; designing stationary (save the dates, wedding invitations, thank you cards), welcome gift bags, wedding party gifts, and favors; and managing your wedding website and RSVP list.
